This was a tacky pair of shoes that I paid about $5 for at the Bargain Shop. I cut up an old childrens book belonging to Amy and decoupaged the pictures onto the shoe. This was inspired by a post on craftster.org. Some very creative person had decoupaged starburst wrappers onto a shoe! So, now all I have to do is finish the other shoe. I'm also doing shoes like this for Amy but they will have sheet music decoupaged onto them. I'll post when I have finished one shoe.
